If the score of the candidate is less than 50% in graduation (45% for SC/ST/PwD candidates) he or she is not eligible to apply for CAT.

ALC Admission Test (ALCAT), which will be administered by Asian Law College, is required of candidates seeking admission to BALLB and LLB degree programmes at Asian College of Law,. Candidates must take it and pass with a certain score. Exam results from the CLAT and LSAT in India are also recognised.

Hello Friend, it is difficult for you to get into CLAT colleges, you can try and go for other colleges like Punjab University, Symboisis, Delhi University Law etc.

Yes, You are eligible to sit in both the examinations according to CLAT consortium as exam of December is also for students seeking admission in 2023 session as per the notifications given. So it is a golden chance to prepare for CLAT examination and appear two time in a row without dropping a year. Best of luck.

According to last year and this year's trend the possibility of you getting an NLU is on lower side. Candidates with EWS reservation has very few seats reserved for them in each NLU. You can still wait for vacant list and apply for the same.
