Well both the courses are good for a successful career but if I get chance to choose anyone of them then I'll prefer M.Pharm in pharmacology because a pharmacologist also study about clinical research during their Masters tenure.
But clinical research is an emerging field which has higher scope of growing in future with good earnings.
While in pharmacology you have to complete PhD to get a good earning job.
Career in Pharmacology totally based on research.
So choose according to your interest and take guidance of any experienced faculty member aur mentor.
