Most colleges have a different provision for admission. You need to contact the institute officials personally for specific admission details as it differs from one college to another.
No institute can guarantee you placements. It's just purely based on how you utilize your abilities and skills at the right time. I would suggest you to contact the training and placement department personally for accurate numbers.

100 is little low. You don't have good chance to get admission but every time cut off changes so keep hope and fill in the choices accordingly. You might get admission.
