Candidates need to complete Class 12 or equivalent with at least 65% aggregate with Mathematics/ Statistics as one of the Subjects to apply for BVoc at Cochin University of Science and Technology. There is a relaxation of 5% in the aggregate for SC/ ST candidates belonging to Kerala. Hence, candidates can apply for BVoc with 65% in Class 12. However, they also need to pass CUSAT CAT for admission to BVoc programme.

Cochin University of Science and Technology Common Admission Test is a computer-based test conducted for shortlisting aspirants for admission to various courses. Besides, the university also considers score in national-level entrance exams like CAT, MAT, CMAT, KMAT, GATE, etc. for specific courses. Selected candidates need to participate in counselling and seat allotment process. Further, they need to pay the course fee to confirm their seat.
