The CUSAT DAT Cutoff 2025 has been released for admission to the M.Tech programmes. The CUSAT Cutoff 2025 for admission to the M.Tech courses via the DAT exam for the General HS category ranged from 3 to 12 as per the last round cutoff score. Among all the specialisations, M.Tech in Industrial Safety (Health, Safety and Environment Management) was the most sought-after course for the previous mentioned category. The CUSAT BTech Cutoff 2025 was out for all the students belonging to the Home State quota. As per the CUSAT KEAM Cutoff 2025 for the OBC HS category, the closing cutoff ranged from 11609 to 54552, wherein B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering was the most sought-after course with the closing cutoff being 11609 in the last round. On the other hand, the least popular course was B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering, with 54552 being the last round closing cutoff 2025. Students can refer to the table below to know the cutoff for the first and last round for the OBC HS quota candidates.

The CUSAT KEAM 2025 was released for admission to the BTech programme for various categories under the Home State quota. According to the CUSAT BTech Cutoff 2025, the last round closing cutoff ranged from 10038 to 66316 for the General HS quota. Among all the specialisation, the top two most sough-after specialisations were BTech in Computer Science and Engineering, followed by BTech in Electronics and Communication Engineering. CUSAT (Cochin University of Science and Technology) conducts CUSAT CAT (Common Admission Test), but it is mainly for professional UG courses like B.Tech, Integrated MSc, LLB, etc. For courses like BBA, B.Com, or BA, admission is usually merit-based (Class 12 marks), not through CUSAT CAT.So, CUSAT CAT is compulsory for B.Tech and a few other programs, but not for all UG courses

The accurate placement packages offered to BTech CSE students at CUSAT are yet to be released. The university is soon going to release the placement statistics. However, CUSAT has released the sort of overview of placements, which indicates that the highest package secured by the graduates stood at around INR 25 LPA. One can expect a similar package for BTech students.

As per the CUSAT CAT exam pattern there will be 225 MCQs. The mathematics section will have 90 questions, physics will have 75 questions, while chemistry will have 60 questions. The exam duration is 3 hr and the maximum mark is 675.
