Hello Gokul,
PSG Institute of Technology is one of the prestigious institutions in Tamil Nadu. So, the cut-off marks will be really high. It also depends on your caste.
The following link gives you the cut off marks caste wise for the last year (2016). This year the marks may go higher or lower by one mark:

As the official cut off marks for this year is not till announced I'm giving the previous year cut off marks.
