The University of East London acceptance rate of 72%, makes it somewhat selective at picking students for admissions to its courses. It shows a clear preference for picking highly qualified individuals who maintain a solid academic background & demonstrate the ability to work well with teams & lead indviduals.
In comparison, the Coventry University acceptance rate of 32%, makes it twice as hard to secure admissions at, though its worth noting, Coventry ranks above UEL as part of country-level rankings given by Shiksha.

The UCL acceptance rate of 36% is nearly twice that of Oxford University which has an acceptance rate of 17%.
Thus, it can be said that University College London is relatively easier to secure admissions at than Oxford.
However, both institutes are selective to a good extent, & interested applicants must maintain a solid academic record & resume demonstrating their non-academic capabilities to secure admissions at either institute.
