College of Architecture, Bharati Vidyapeeth Eligibility

The selection criteria for the courses at the College of Architecture, Bharati Vidyapeeth, can either be merit-based or entrance-based, depending upon the course. Candidates applying for the BArch or the M.Arch course are required to appear for entrance exams such as the NATA or M.Arch CET. 

Candidates for the Dr. D. Y. Patil College of Architecture's B.Arch degree must have finished their 12th grade with at least 50% of their marks in math, physics, and chemistry. Candidates also need to have passed JEE Main Paper 2 or the National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) with a valid score. The process to get admission to BArch programme at College of Architecture Bharati Vidyapeeth is based on NATA exam

Candidates must secure at least 50% aggregate in Class 12 to be eligible for BArch programme.

Candidates who have cleared the HSC (10+2) or equivalent exam with a minimum passing grade from any  school and hold a degree of B.Arch will be considered eligible for admission. Admission at BVSP is based on a Common Entrance Test (CET) consisting of a Personal Interview and Portfolio Assessment.

To apply to Dr. D.Y. Patil College of Architecture for B.Arch, you need to have completed a 10+2 level examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as mandatory subjects and obtained a minimum of 50% marks overall. Alternatively, candidates who have completed the 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as a mandatory subject and secured at least 50% marks in total are also eligible. Additionally, a valid NATA score following COA guidelines and notifications is necessary.
