Candidate must have passed Class 12 examination with at least 50% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics and also at least 50% aggregate marks at Class 12 examination. OR Candidate who have passed 10+3 Diploma examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate can also apply.
Admission to the Architecture course is entrance-based. The students who pass the degree course receive a degree from the University of Mumbai. Candidates with a valid score of one among entrance exams, such as JEE Main/ MHT CET/ NATA are eligible for the BArch course.

For Dr. Patil College the cut off will be informed soon and then it would depend whether you get the desired specialization or not. It would not be a sure shot whether you get a seat in the college with your desired JEE Mains score. Your XIth score is good and hopefully, XIIth too would be good one. Based on your scorecards you can get entrance in some good private colleges which are doing equally good these days without compromising on the nature of academics besides giving you a good scholarship based on your last qualification score. With 95/200 Marks in NATA 2019 exams, 86 percentile in JEE mains paper 2 2019 exams and 81% score in your class 12th, you have less chances to secure admission in Sir J.J College of Architecture.
