Impact College of Engineering and Applied Sciences requires applicants to have finished their 10+2 coursework with at least 45% of possible points in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (or 40% for reserved categories) in order to be eligible for the B.E./B.Tech program. Valid results from entrance tests such as KCET, COMEDK UGET, or JEE Main are required for admission, and counseling is then conducted.

Eligibility is defined as having an overall 10+2 education with a minimum of 45% marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics from a recognised board for admission to the B.E./B.Tech during the session at Impact College of Engineering and Applied Sciences. The general entrance for these is through the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) or COMEDK UGET, and the subsequent counseling by the Karnataka Examinations Authority or COMEDK after the qualifying examination.
