The B. R. Harne application procedure involves completion of CAP registration online at the DTE Maharashtra portal, filling in details and attaining certificates of the procedure as well as paying the fee. The candidates will then be called to document verification activity/CAP counseling sessions where they will express their choice of Harne College. Eventually, reserved seats are checked through reporting to the Admission Reporting Center and making the institute payment.

B.R Harne provides some scholarships and economic support plans such as state-sponsored scholarships such as EBC, SC/ST/OBC and minority scholarships. Tuition concessions are possible by the students belonging to the economically weaker sections. The student loans are also available in the partner banks and NBFCs. This support network allows eliminating financial obstacles, which means that a great number of students who deserve their B.E./B.Tech degrees can be given an opportunity to attain their goals.
