The B.R. Harne organizes the placements manually by having a casual Training & Placement (T&P) team which organizes aptitude sessions, pre-placement talks and campus drives. In 2024, top package was recorded to be 10 lack @ 1.80 or the average was approximately 4 lacks @ 1.80. TCS, Wipro, Infosys and LTI are among recruiters. Although the Computer Science and IT students get to get better positions, even the mechanical and civil branches hold decent job offers.

BRHCET is a reputable B.R.Harne College of engineering and technology being approved by the University of Mumbai and the All India Council of Technical Education. It has adequately equipped laboratories, dynamic placement cell with such firms as TCS, Wipro as well as reasonable infrastructure. Nonetheless, student reviews are divided, with people pointing at the lack of the up-dated equipment and uneven quality of the teaching process, which is well implemented in the case of a person aiming to have a solid yet regionally oriented engineering career.
