Yes, you can secure admission to AGMR College of Engineering & Technology (AGMR), Hubli without KCET, through alternative routes:

1. COMEDK UGET seats: About 30% of seats are filled via COMEDK, so if you have a valid rank there, you can use that instead of KCET.

2. Management quota: Another 25% of seats are reserved for management/category B, which allow admission based on:

10+2 with ?45% in PCM (40% for SC/ST),

No KCET/COMEDK/KCET exam needed,

Directly through college after payment of higher management fees.

For AGMR College of Engineering & Technology (AGMRCET), Hubli, B.E./B.Tech tuition fees (for all branches) total approximately 7.44 Lacs over four years—covering tuition, lab, and library charges . Another source confirms the standard annual fee of INR 3.6 lakh/year, totaling INR 14.4 Lacs for the course—but this may include other components or management fees. A separate listing shows a uniform INR 3.6 Lacs total for four years, likely outdated.

Bottom line: Expect around INR 7–8 L total for government/COMEDK seats, and possibly up to INR 14–15 L for management or higher-cost packages.
