As you know the basic requirement for getting admission in further courses required a minimum of 60% marks so there are chances that you will be selected for IIMs. And don't worry universities always give strict marks.

If you belong to SC then in IIITs, you will be exempted to pay the tution fees. But you have to pay the other fees. You need to pay some amount as fees, and it varies in every IIITs.
