There is no wavier on fees even if you get 1st rank in the entrance test, apply for scholarship separately. UP govt offers several scholarship schemes to UP domiciles

Shuats is a deemed university it doesn't offers distance education. So you asked for MBA from distance which is not available in shuats, but you can try on campus MBA programs here. There are several specialisation courses available.
