It's very difficult to answer your query since from this year onwards your marks in JEE Mains only will decide your AIR. What this means is that how others have scored will matter a great deal. As presently there is no way to answer your query, just do not worry and keep studying. After the exams there will be a large number of websites which will claim to answer your query. why you are looking for change and have you decided the course where are you seeking admission into

Among your choices, DTU IT is a very good option unless you want IIT brand attached in your CV.

for iiit allahabad I think above 4000 rank in obc will pursue you. go upto fourth round. u would get it

Saurabh, Seeing the past years' cutoff lists of the college, you won't be able to get a seat in IIIT Allahabad, but still you can wait for the cutoff lists to come. If not IIITA, maybe you'll get some other good college.
