In terms of Agriculture Discipline - Punjab Agriculture University Ludhiana and Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar comes to mind. My friend has done Undergraduate course in Agriculture which is ICAR accrediated from Lovely Professional University.

Eligibility Criteria

Pass with 55% aggregate marks   B .Sc.  (Agriculture) (Hons.) (4 years), subject to qualifying  LPUNEST

This specialized program covers a wide range of topics, including crop physiology, crop breeding, soil science, pest management, and sustainable agriculture practices.

Discipline Highlights:
Experiential Learning Activities: Students are exposed to Agriculture farms for cultivation of seasonal crops (Kharif and Rabi) so as to know-how the details of package and practice of different crops from land preparation till harvesting.

Innovative Pedagogy: Students are evaluated for various activities based assignments, case based studies as a part of their curriculum.

Faculty: School of Agriculture has Ph.D. or/ and NET qualified faculties to ensure quality.

PLACEMENTS :

CTC up to 10.9 LPA (THE GALAXY EDUCATION SYSTEM) is the highest placement package and

4.8 LPA is the average placement package for 2023–24 session .

LDC Institute of Technical Studies (LDCITS) Allahabad is imparting various courses of under graduate and Post graduate in the field of engineering and management. The institute boasts of fairly good facilities such as; hostels for boys and girls respectively, library, laboratories, playing fields etc. On the one hand, some students stated that it is good for academic quality as it is neatly followed but the quality teaching depends on individual effort.

Regarding the placement, the institute indeed has a placement cell but the success rate here is comparatively low than any other institutions, maximum salary offered is of 3 LPA here. They also stated that there are inadequate placement support and internship in most of the universities.

Therefore prospective candidates must consider two options before joining, namely the academic programs offered by the relevant universities and the previous performance records of the various programs in placing their learners into well paid jobs.

To compare which one is best for the BPharm course among KIT Kanpur and UGI Allahabad, below is the comparison of both institutions on the basis of their return on investment which is calculated based on course fees and the average placements package offered by the institute. 

Conclusion based on the above-mentioned table, KIT Kanpur is providing a better return on investment than UGI Allahabad. The tuition fees for BPharm at KIT Kanpur are more affordable than UGI Allahabad and the average placement package provided by the institute is comparably higher than UGI Allahabad. Hence, candidates can select KIT Kanpur as a better option before UGI Allahabad.
