No, completing your master degree from a college affiliated with Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU) and your bachelor's degree from a college affiliated with Punjab University (PU) won't cause any significant problems. The UGC has given both universities high recognition and degrees that are accepted all over India. However when applying for jobs or further education certain institutions may have different credit transfer rules grading schemes or syllabuses that call for further documentation. To know which is a better choice, students must weigh both options based on important factors such as fees and median package. As per official sources, the fees to pursue a PhD at LNMIIT and Guru Nanak Dev University is INR 1.42 Lacs and INR 1.15 lakh, respectively. In terms of fees, Guru Nanak Dev University is a better choice. 

Moreover, as per placement data available on Shiksha, the median packages offered to PhD students at LNMIIT and Guru Nanak Dev University are INR 5.8 LPA and INR 3.5 LPA. In terms of package, a PhD from LNMIIT is a better choice.

Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU) in Amritsar offers a 5-year B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) program. Admissions for the 2024-2025 academic session commenced on May 8, 2024, and concluded on June 26, 2024.

For the upcoming 2025-2026 session, the application process is expected to begin in May 2025. GNDU typically conducts admissions based on merit, considering marks obtained in the qualifying examination. There is no entrance test for the B.A. LL.B. program.

To be eligible for the B.Sc. B.Ed. program at Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU), you must have a minimum of 50% marks in the 12th grade (10+2). You can check the official GNDU website for more information about admission.

1.GNDU typically requirea candidates who have B.Sc. degree in related field like Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Botany, Zoology or Chemistry.
