GNDU offer a five-year integrated course (FYIP) in Computer Science under which BCA degree is awarded to candidates completing three-years of the course. The sanctioned seats for this course is 60. Moreover, the seat breakup for reserved categories is mentioned in the table below:

For admission to the five-year integrated course in Computer Science, in which BCA degree is offered, fulfilment of eligibility criteria is essential. Thus, the aspirant must be a Class 12 pass with at least 50% aggregate (45% for SC) or any other exam recognised equivalent thereto by GNDU, Amritsar. Yes, the university offers a BCA course of three-year in a full-time mode. BCA and BCA (Hons) are offered by the university under the five-year integrated course in Computer Science. The UG course is also offered as an online course. Admission to these programmes is based on the entrance test conducted by the university. Many of the GNDU-affiliated colleges also offer this UG programme. Candidates who meet the eligibility requirements for this course can take the entrance exam.

IIM Amritsar's hostel is presently located approximately two kilometres from the Airport in Blessing City. The Society accommodate students and faculties. There is a twin-sharing room with a bed, study table, and other amenities like Wi-Fi, a chair, a cupboard, etc. in the IIM Amritsar hostel. Hostel costs at IIM Amritsar are 50K INR annually.
These are the hostel fees: About INR 50,000 per year goes toward male hostels, INR 50,000 goes toward female hostels, and INR 10,000 per month goes toward mess fees.
