Hello Riyaz,
The fee structure for BE computer science engineering is around 40000-50000 per annum (tuition fees). If you require bus facilities then you need to pay An additional fees of 30000-40000.

I don't think you can change the branch, it was there in the past to change the branch if we get some (around 90 percent). The rule has been changed, I think.
