Hi Raman,
The eligibility criteria for this course is:
Any graduate of a recognized university with 45% of the aggregate in general and 40% in case of SC and ST students and is qualified in Common entrance test i.e. APLAWCET. Admissions will be made by convener through common counselling on the basis of rank obtained in entrance test. The rules are subject to LAWCET norms.

You can do MA in English, because the degree of B.Tech is completely graduate degree & MA (any discipline) can be done after graduation. So, you are eligible for MA most of the university have course of MA (english,two years or four samesters) & prefer 50%marks of graduation.
Many universities also conduct entrance exam, so you can see syllabus on official website of them.
Books are available in market (basically syllabus pattern will be same in graduation level in English subject).

A minimum of 50% marks for General and 40% in case of SC/ST/BC/PWD category candidates is required.
The candidate must have an experience of 2 years teaching experience in government/ recognized primary/ upper primary school.

Hi Sai, You need to do LLB first because the Eligibility Criteria for LLM is Pass with 50% aggregate marks in LL.B, subject to valid score in entrance exam followed by an interview. CLAT, AILET, LSAT, NEST are the exams through you can take admission. Generally, universities offering LL.M. course conduct an Entrance Test for admission to the program. The application forms for this course are available in the month of April-May every year.
