The fees payable to the Bonam Venkata Chalamayya Institute of Technology and Science is around 70,000 - 80,000 a year (non AC). AC rooms are more expensive ranging at 1,00,000 -1,50,000 per year. The room and basic furnishing fees are applicable, where the mess is charged separately. There are washrooms, the provision of free Wi-Fi, water, electricity throughout the day and night, and daily cleaning to keep the places clean.

Yes, Prime Focus Academy of Media and Entertainment Studies conducts an entrance test to shortlist the students. The institute conducts a Creative Aptitude Test to assess the creativity and interests of the students. Based on the test results which are almost immediate, students are guided through the admission process and advised about the course which fits their interest the most. Students need to visit the institute to take the test.
