Colleges in Andhra Pradesh

Provided that you meet the relevant CAT eligibility criteria and cut-off from the participating colleges in Andhra Pradesh, you should be able to secure a seat with CAT based criteria for MBA. There are IIM's (IIM Visakhapatnam), all kinds of private universities, etc., which are accepting CAT scores. The availability of a seat will depend on your score, marks scored in prior educational status, which reservation you qualify for. As far as our guesses go, I would say for a general category, aiming for 85 percentile and above is required to get into most reputed colleges. Some reputed private colleges will accept lower percentiles. The admission procedure includes group discussion and personal ability tests and written tests. It is advisable to check when their application closing dates are and prepare yourself. Andhra Pradesh has a good mix bag of Government and Private colleges which are near perfect in placements.
