I am sorry but you cannot. You need to be a B.Ed to pursue M.Ed at Dibrugarh University. The minimum eligibility is a B.Ed.

Application Process for all the courses offered by the University is online. For B.Tech, candidate must pass in 10+2 examination with PCM as subjects and minimum 60% marks. The university also offers B.Tech Lateral entry course for which candidate must pass in Diploma in Engineering. For 75% of the B.Tech seats, admission is on the basis of JEE Main2018score and for the rest of the seats, admission is given on the basis of UG entrance test conducted by the department. Yes, you can get admission for B.tech in Assam University but you cannot get a branch of your choice. If you want to get a branch of your choice then you have to take admission in management quota. Best of luck for your future and if there's any query, feel free to ask.

Admit cards will be allotted to candidates who have registered successfully for TUEE. Candidates must note that they will be notified about the admit card through e- mail/SMS, following which the aspirants can download their respective admit cards from the official website. To download the admit card, the candidates need to follow the below mentioned steps:
Visit the official website
Enter application form ID/registered e-mail ID
Enter password and press submit
The admit card will appear on the screen
Print the admit card.
