Yes one can join the KLE University directly through the management quota without having the entrance examination but the student must come from a Science background with physics, chemistry, biology or maths as their 10+2 subjects.

The KLE University of Higher Research and Education does not accept CUET score which is accepted in more than 250 college's in India. KLE University conducts KAHER-AIET score which is also an all India entrance examination for getting admission in the college. This entrance exam is held every year before the commencement  of new academic session.

Your NEET score will be the determining factor of getting a seat in KLE University. So far no other entrance exams are said to be conducted by the University regarding MBBS.
