| B.E. / B.Tech | Candidate must have passed Diploma in engineering in relevant stream with the minimum of 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ST and Backward Classes) from a recognised university/college. |
| B.Sc. | Candidate should have passed 12th (10+2) standard examination or equivalent from Science stream or with minimum any 3 of the following subjects - Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Electronics, Statistics and Computer Science with mentioned marks or above aggregate marks in 10+2 level exam. |
