Sahyadri Valley College of Engineering and Technology (SVCET) has achieved numerous achievements in such a short time. It was established in year 2011. 

The college has been:

  • Approved by the Government of Maharashtra, AICTE and DTE 
  • accredited by NAAC with a 'B+' grade
  • In 2015, Rural and Tribal Maharashtra, was awarded the Best Emerging Engineering College

No, direct admission is not valid for B.Ed course at Utkal University. Candidates willing to get admission to B.Ed course must qualify for Utkal University Entrance Test. The university will evaluate candidates based on their past academic records and scores of entrance test. However, the reservation policy of the Government of Odisha is applicable for admission to B.Ed courses. For more details around the same candidates are advised to visit the university's admission office.

Utkal University offers a full-time B.Ed course for a duration of two years. This course is taught by the University Department Teacher Education. The university admits students on a total of 50 seats. The Utkal University has been recognised by the NCTE, New Delhi and got approval of Govt. of Odisha in the Department of Higher Education.
