In New Zealand, ITPs are government owned and funded polytechnics which provide cost effective education. For applied courses, polytechnics are preferred over university education as they place more importance on preparing students for joining the workforce. Because of their emphasis on practical learning, a lot of international students who wish to gain employment right after graduating, prefer enrolling at ITPs. Student must have completed his/her graduation from any recognised university. Secondly, if you are looking for private colleges and institute, then let me tell you that they look out for your percentage. So, you must have secured 50% marks or 60% marks in your graduation.

Yes, they provide distance post graduate courses. To take admission in the course, you need to fill up the form on their website, and mention distance education, average course fees is 2-3 lakhs.
