Yes, a student can get admission to the BSc Computer Science & Data Analytics (CSDA) without any entrance exam at IIT Patna. As per the BSc admission policy, KVPY/NTSE/INSPIRE scholarship holder are eligible for the BSc course. Find few details on the scholarships:

The National Talent Search Examination  (NTSE) is a scholarship exam conducted by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) to identify talented students who want to pursue higher education in the Science and Social Studies streams. 

Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana (KVPY) is a national-level fellowship programme in the field of Basic Sciences. The KVPY Aptitude Test is conducted by the Indian Institute of Sciences (IISc), Bangalore every year.

The INSPIRE Scholarship for Higher Education (INSPIRE-SHE) is a scholarship programme conducted by the Department of Science and Technology, offers scholarships and mentorship to students pursuing undergraduate and postgraduate studies in science-intensive programs.

IIT Patna accepts multiple state/national entrance exams other than JEE advance for admission to BSc courses. NEET, CUET, BITSAT, etc.,  are other exams accepted by the institute.
