When a candidate is granted admission for MSc course at IHM Hajipur, they must produce the following documents in original for verification, failing which they will not be granted admission.
- Marksheet of Class 10, 12 and graduation.
- Proof of Date of Birth.
- Character Certificate issued by last attended school/college.
- Reserve Category Certificate.
- Details of the Intervening Period.
- (Online) required fee payable at IHM Hajipur Portal.
- Certificate of Medical Fitness from the registered medical practitioners with admission form.

The dates of commencement for MSc courses at IHM Hajipur for the academic batch of 2025 have been officially released on the official website of the institute. The classes for the MSc course first semester started on August 4, 2025. Moreover, the document verification, physical reporting, and fee payment concluded in the month of July.

The minimum eligibility requirement to get admission into the MSc course at IHM Hajipur is that candidates must complete either a three-year Diploma in HM or a three/four-year bachelor's degree in hotel management with a minimum aggregate of 55%.

In order to submit the IHM Hajipur BSc application successfully, candidates must pay the application fee. The fee payment can be done online, and the receipt has to be further uploaded along with the application. The table given below mentions the details of the application fees:
