You just need to have a UG degree from an recognized educational board this will fetch you admissions in the university. You can always try at a state college and improve your skills. You can also try private colleges like pearl, raffles, etc. Private colleges have equally good courses and facilities. Don't lose hope and remember that things happen for a reason. Try to do internships while you're waiting to apply. Start working on projects, work for your community etc. All this looks good on your portfolio.
