CMC does offer accommodation facilities to the students and offers a place for them to learn, live and thrive and the Terrace campus at CMTN offers a three story student housing building. Each floor offers a kitchen with a large fridge, microwave, and kitchen along with internet access to the students. Additionally, each floor also has a twin bed, nightstand, chair, desk, laundry room, bike room, and a cultural space located on the main floor of the building.

CMC does offer multiple fitness and recreation activities for the students and some of the sports offered at the college include Archery, Curling, Gymnastics, Skating, Swimming and many more. The college also offers a Yoga studio and besides the sports facilities the college also ensures the mental wellness of the students by offering counselling to students struggling with mental health, academic pressure or any other issues.

CMC offers an acceptance rate of 85% making admissions to the college relatively easy for the students and at the same time the acceptance rate at North Island College is around 80% also making admissions for international students easy however other factors also play a major role in increasing the chances of acceptance to a university of choice including adhering to the admission requirements for international students stated by the college and submitting all the required documents such as an official academic transcript, English Language proficiency test scores, additional program-specific documents and the application fees.
