Western New England University and University of the Pacific are both high ranking universities with National university ranking of #273 and #136 in 2025 respectively according to top ranking publishers. Both National Universities Ranking and Shiksha grading system show that University of Pacific has higher ranking and grading than WNEU. But there are other parameters that can be taken into consideration to know which university is better such as tuition fees, programs offered, scholarships offered, placement opportunities, accommodation facilities and overall student and campus life among some other factors as well.

Fanshawe College has a non-refundable application fee of CAD 100 for international student applicants. (1 CAD = INR 6087) The application of the college is not free of cost and students can submit the fee through credit card or wire transfer method.  Students have to make sure to pay their application fee to get admission to the college.

Fanshawe College offers the International Degree Entrance Award to Indian Students with the total award value of CAD 30,000 during the academic year. The eligibility criteria for this scholarship is given as follows:

  • Must be an international visa student with a valid Study Permit (which will be confirmed by the International Office)
  • Should be registered full-time in a Bachelor Degree's program 
  • The student must be in level 1 (or the first semester with academic standing) and should be registered for level 2. '
