By the 2022/23 academic year, the enrollment at College of the Rockies have risen to more than 2,300 full-time equivalent students at all the campuses. There are around 200 international full-time equivalent students from more than 30 countries. A number of programs are offered by COTR. These programs are offered at Diploma, Certificate, and Associate level. One bachelor’s level programme is also offered.

If the students graduate from an academic programme of COTR, they can apply for a post-graduation work permit. To be eligible for a Post-Graduation Work Permit, the applicants should meet the following conditions:
- Successfully completed a Certificate of at least 8 months in length or a 2-year Diploma, or the 4-year BBA degree from the College of the Rockies
- Note that a 3-year work permit is available to students who have completed a 2-year Diploma or the 4-year BBA degree
- In case, the programme was less than 2 years (Certificate), then the work permit length cannot be longer than the length of your program

International students can apply for admissions through the college portal. St. Clair College application deadline is Sep 15, 2025 for the winter intake and the equal consideration deadline for fall term is Feb 1, 2026. This means that the applications received post the equal consideration deadline are evaluated on a first-come, first serve basis. Hence, it is important that applicants must apply before the deadline to allow the application to process.

International students can apply for St. Clair College admissions through the college portal and fulfil the selected programme requirements. Students must also show proof for English language proficiency test through IELTS, TOEFL, or Duolingo. However, the college has equal consideration deadline where the applications are given equal consideration and post the deadline, applications are considered on first-come, first-serve basis. St. Clair College admissions deadline are Sep 15, 2025 for the winter term and Feb 01, 2026 for the fall term.
