It is a popular public college in Canada and if you want to study at Fanshawe, you can apply via student partner program or SPP. Fanshawe is one of the colleges under SPP. SPP is a joint project by the citizenship and immigration Canada visa offices in India and the Association of Canadian Community Colleges (ACCC). Yes, you can but you can only enroll for PGDM or other Diploma or Masters courses not for MBA as they require 4-years of graduation course for enrollment.
