Hi Ajay,
If you have not done Bachelor's degree, you have to write to them and ask them if CA qualification will be enough and will be considered as an undergraduate course or not.

Hi
I suggest you to retake IELTS first or check with various universities for bridge courses in English.Canada will be challenging but you can check University of Alberta, University of Windsor etc.You will have many options in Australia such as RMIT, UTS, etc.

You are eligible to apply if they haven't changed the requirements, it will be very competitive on the whole. A strong SOP, exceptionally good LORs are vital.
