There are colleges under SPP and you must follow SPP rules. First decide what to study which should ideally be a personal choice based on interests, there are numerous options, see this list for options:

Some major ones are UT Austin, MIT, Cornell University, Westachsische Hochschule Zwickau University of Applied Sciences, RWTH Aachen University, Esslingen University of Applied Sciences, TU Berlin, McGill University and University of Toronto among others.

Hi,
The requirements differ and depend on whether you want to do a course based or research based MS program. A research or thesis based MS is very difficult to get into. Please check here for details and accordingly check the requirements:

Also, remember a 4-year degree is required.
