If you belong to a country where English is not the native language, you will have to provide proof of English language proficiency with the help of exams such as IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, Duolingo, etc. The University of Toronto does accept TOEFL scores. In the case of TOEFL iBT, the University of Toronto requires at least 100 with a minimum of 22 in Writing. The discretionary range of TOEFL score is from 89 to 99 with at least 22 in Writing. In the case of paper-delivered TOEFL, the University reviews each application individually.

Yes, Durham College requires to take interview for the admission of students depending on the programme and the department of course applying. The interview are generally conducted for the highly competitive programs including majors and specializations.
Once the application is reviewed, selected students will recieve the mail for the interview round at the university, all the application documents and the qualification are reviewed along with the protfolio review, only then the applicants are called for the inteview through the mail.
