I would prefer you for Graphic Era University because of good placements and highly appreciable work environment. The infrastructure and the practical exposure provided by the mentors is also very excellent. Moreover, it is at the bottom of the hills.

Both are good colleges, but as per my concern, VIT is much better in terms of placements for CS and IT branch. Graphic Era is much better in terms of environmental preference.

ICFAI is a better option in terms of crowd. You will get to interact with students coming from all over the country.

I would suggest you do B.Sc. IT from Graphic Era University either from the deemed group or from Hill Group, both the colleges are in Dehradun only and both provide excellent placements. Many reputed companies like Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra and TB visit the campus for placements.

IIAE-Dehradun offers a unique way of getting a degree in engineering from abroad. Two initial years in India followed by two years abroad is the structure. As AICTE won't accept this, they have tied up with universities abroad for Grant of degree. The fees will get reduced only if less students apply to this Institute. It depends on college if you choose government college than fee structure is 7 to 8 thousand and for private college it is more than 30 thousand per year.

Yes, you can pursue any one of these courses. So, you can apply for admission. I would suggest you do aeronautical engineering.

The best course in my opinion is B Tech + LL.B. In cyber law. It is only one in few of the institutes providing this course. It is a 6 years integrated course but is very good.
