According to official brochure of Jamia Millia Islamia, dated 2023. The university only accepts result of Jamia Entrance Test for MBA admission. Interested students seeking admission are required to have completed their undergraduate degree from a recognsied university with at least 50% aggregate or equivalent grade. However, students who have a valid CAT score can reach out to admisison office to confirm if such special cases can be treated individually for admission to MBA programme.

Jamia Millia Islamia offers a two-year MA programme to the stduents across more than 30 specialisations. It is a two-year programme spread over four semesters, admission to which is based on a candidate's performance in JMI Entrance Exam. The final merit list for admission to MA at JMI is prepared on the basis of the candidate's performance in the entrance test, seat reservation and relaxation criteria of JMI.

Yes, JMI offers both BSc and BSc (Hons) programmes across four and five specialisations, respectively. The admission process for both these programmes is conducted through JMI entrance test and the final selection of candidates is based on their performance in previous qualifying degree exams, performance in the entrance test and seat availability. But before everything else, students must meet the minimum eligibility requirements set by the university which is passing Class 12 with at least 50% aggregate with a relevant combination of subjects, such as Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and/ or Biology, among others.

The top universities in India have set upper or lower age limits for admission to their courses. However, Jamia Millia Islamia has not imposed any such age restrictions. There is no upper age limit to appear in the JMI exam. However, candidates securing the same rank and marks in JMI exam will be given preference, if they are higher in age than the others. The total tuition fee for BA and BA (Hons) programmes at Jamia Millia Islamia ranges between INR 20,100 and INR 45,000. This fee, however, is sourced from unofficial sources. Hence, is indicative. Maharshi Dayanand University has a Vivekananda Library, named after Swami Vivekananda. The library building has a floor area of 1,10,000 sq. ft. and has a capacity to accommodate around more than 4 Lacs volumes of bound journals and books. There are reading halls in the library with a capacity for around 2,463 readers There is also an availability of 24-hour reading halls with a capacity for 1,650 readers. Candidates seeking admission to Jamia Millia Islamia for BA must have passed Class 12 or SSC with a minimum aggregate ranging from 45-55%. The passing percentage is different for different specialisations offered in the BA programme. With an annual intake of over 900 students for BA and BA (Hons) programmes (including all the specialisations), admission to Jamia Millia Islamia for BA and BA (Hons) is subject to either CUET (conducted by NTA) or JMI entrance exam.
