Hello,
These days almost all students give CSE as their first choice. Due to this, cut-offs are quite stiff for this branch. But then admissions are very dynamic process and it throws up many surprises. To help you I am attaching a link that will predict the branch and the college that you can get based on your performance in JEE Mains. https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/jee-main-college-predictor
Best wishes to you.

Hello Vaibhav, you have not mentioned your percentile but I am sure you know it and also know that it is above the cut off level. Your ranking in SC category is quite good. With this ranking, I am sure you should get a good NIT and a good branch. To help you I am attaching a link that can predict the branch and the college that you can get based on your performance in JEE Mains.

Hi Sangeeta.
Colleges generally ask you to submit the migration certificate if you belongs to another state.
If you have lost your migration certificate, kindly submit an application to the board/university as soon as possible.
It is sure that they will consider your request and reissue a duplicate of your migration certificate.
