Studying law is not only ltd. to classrooms, you have to get out and do internships as well and since Delhi has all the courts and major companies and firms it is tremendous benefit. Furthermore, there are many other law colleges and universities from which you can pursue certificate courses to boost CV. These advantages are not available in Odisha and many aspirants from your state come to Delhi. But at the same time the radical environment in JMI cannot be ignored. So you have to see it for yourself.

You have to apply for government jobs depending on the vacancies, which may or may not come in an year. Since you have already qualified CTET there shouldn't be the need to do Masters, although Masters and doctorates are preferred.
