Your question is unclear. What I can understand is miranada is asking you to take a migration there or is asking you to leave your previous college if you have joined any and bring the mc/tc from there and then apply for admission. Please contact the college in person for resolution.

Yes, you can join this college after the completing first year in B.Sc animation and visual graphics. It is not a problem. In fact, you can also join it now as most probably this offers a Diploma course. You should also consider MAAC and ARENA.
