You can get admission to B.Tech on basis of your JEE rank. There is another government college IGDTUW Indira Gandhi Technical University for women, Kashmir Gate. One of my friend got 6000 rank in her JEE. She took admission in IGDUW B.Tech software engineering. There will be councilling session. You can try. In Delhi there is IIT also for admission to engineering where your JEE advance rank would be considered. You can look for private colleges also like Amity and Sharda university. All the best.

Yes, you can get a seat in one of the colleges of DU. For B.Sc Biomedical your marks in physics, chemistry and biology would be considered only and not best 4.
All the best.

First of all, your question is incorrect because you have not mentioned the course details. Bharatiya Vidyapeeth University provides several MBA degrees like in HR, Operations and PGDM in hospital management, MS and so on. So, please firstly you should clarify what you want to know and about which course you want to know.
