No, there's almost nil possibility that you will get admission there as there cut-off is too high. Try for some other good colleges. All the best for future endeavours.

Yes, from this year IPU take JEE Mains rank to get admission in IPU colleges, and to get that you also have to fill IPU form, then only you will be able to attend IPU counseling.

10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Botany and Zoology with 50% for B.Sc. Microbiology. With 69% you are eligible to apply in most colleges.
Check your choice of college website for eligibility criteria.
It is hard to get admission in DU.

Candidates must have secured at least 55% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology/Biotechnology, provided the candidates has passed in each subject individually. Candidates must have also studied and passed in English in their 10+2. Candidates must not be more than 21 years as on August 1, 2019.

You have got a very fare chance of getting admission in lot of colleges of DU. Apply in all of then (North campus if you desire so). Wait till the 3rd or 4th cutoff list. You will get through.
