Dear Poorvika Sharma,
Eligibility of admission into an M.A. (Honours) - Two Years Duration Course is a Pass in the B.A. So you can apply. But admission is based upon the competition for the same college in the year.

BA (Culinary Arts) shall have 40% of Theory and 60% of practicals in its curriculum. This is more an Artistic course, so the blend of both are mandatory.

Yes, B.Pharm courses is offered on the basis of NEET UG score.
Non-NEET students can also apply with respect to their marks in the qualifying examination and Interview.
