Hi Vikas,
As you have scored 69.93 percentile in JEE Mains, so you are eligible to take admission in this. But, getting a seat might be difficult. But, don't worry, just participate in the counselling process wisely and smartly and wait till the last round of the counselling process.

There are two different lists of OBC's. One is a state list and other is central list. For admission in Maharashtra or say Delhi, the respective state government list of OBC will be accepted. However, when seats are filled on an all India basis like in NIT or IIT, only those who figure in central list will be considered. Best wishes.

Yes, psychology is good subject. And, Lady Shriram College is a very good college and one of top college in south campus. You should go for it. As you do your masters in psychology or clinical psychology, you can get job in hospital as psychologist. All the best.

It should be an aggregate 75% or more than that for General and OBC category candidates. 65% or more than that for SC, ST and PWD category candidates. Basically, it depends on your1 2th board. Basically, 75% is the ideal score, if you want to take admission in NIT.
