You need to apply online on the Delhi University website. There is no entrance. Your percentage in best four subjects is considered. Once the application deadline is over, all colleges come out with their cut-off percentage for different courses. You can visit the colleges where you meet the cut-off criteria and take admission within three days of declaration of the list. After that second list comes out and admissions are done on the basis of the second list. This procedure continues till all the seats are filled. Yes, Eligibility for M.A. Hindi in JNU :
Graduation with minimum 45%. Admission Process : 1. Entrance Test : Eligible candidates need to appear for the Entrance Test conducted by the University.
2. Merit Screening : Admission is based on the rank in the Entrance exam conducted by the University and Deprivation points awarded, if applicable. Separate merit lists are prepared for each category I. e. candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBC, PH categories. It is tough to answer without knowing your stream. If you want to go for professional course like engineering and medical sciences, then you have to face competitive exam. And, if you want to enroll in Delhi university, then you need to fill their form. Admission will be according to merit list only. However, some good college also takes interview after this.
