Hello Abhishek, there is no criteria as such. The online registration for all UG courses will be open from last week of May to the second week of June 2019. Anyone from any stream or field can apply for B.A(H). It is a merit-based course. You must be updated with the news of DU admission and should apply as soon as the forms are out. After you fill, weeks later colleges will release cut off lists for various courses.

Thats not a problem if you are not a CBSE student , you should have done your 12th from any other recognized board thats it
