Eligibility for IGNOU B.Ed:
Candidates with:
a)at least fifty percent marks either in the Bachelors Degree and/or in the Masters Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity. Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto,
and
b) The following categories are eligible to be students of B.Ed. (ODL):
(i) Trained in-service teachers in elementary education.
(ii) Candidates who have completed a NCTE recognized teacher education programme through face-to-face mode.

The cutoff of IIFT 2019 refers to the minimum marks or percentile a test taker must obtain in order to qualify for the next round of selection process. The conducting body of the national-level entrance exam will release the IIFT cutoff 2019 to shortlist the candidates for the selection procedure.

Congratulations, according to my opinion, you should fill more colleges also. Because, sometimes it happens that you get shortlisted for good institutes, but due to your performance or luck or competition you don't get selected in the final process.
